Friendly venue, MAGNIFICENT location right by local shops, the beautiful ramparts and alnwick, greatly enjoyed our stay. The staff were super friendly, thanks to them everything was good. The rooms were cheap, compact and with a shared bathroom. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and ideal and had a good choice of options. The property was right in the heart of the city. Fast food restaurant Greggs was located 10 minutes walk away.

The host, robin, is super friendly and helps with everything! Location is close to shops and sites, and the bathroom/shower facilities are clean and not a problem. Breakfast was really good, lots of choices and cooked fresh. My room was comfy enough for a single night, and great value for the price.

Amazing hospitality!
Was super impressed with how helpful Robin was! He greeted me like an old friend, and the fresh juices at breakfast were a lovely touch. Room was cozy and clean with nice tea and coffee supplies. The shared bathroom was a bit tricky, especially during busy times, but overall it was worth it. I'll def return!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, especially the delicious breakfast that set me up for the day and the cozy room which had everything I needed. It was nice to relax in the lovely dining room and enjoy the free tea and coffee available at breakfast time. The only downside was the lack of in-room coffee facilities, but that didn't take away from my experience at all! ☕
